He is survived by: his wife Marceline Peach (Willis); his children, Kimberly Anthis (Jim) of Vincennes, Candace Waynette Beard of Vincennes and Harold Wayne Peach Jr. (Diana L.) of Vincennes; his grandchildren, Lindsey Scott, Whitney Twitty, Marcy Seyer, Delaney Anthis, Brandon Beard, Megan Harris, Daniel Ryan Peach, Clayton Andrew Peach and Harold Wayne Peach III; his stepgrandchildren, Cameron Campbell and Hayley Stephens; his great grandchildren, Nolan Scott, Camille Scott, Corinne Scott, Charleigh Harris, Sullivan Wayne Harris, Maddylnn Beard, Nathaniel Beard, Brooklyn Beard and Noah Peach; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Amaya Morales and Oakleigh Query.
