She was predeceased by: her father George Klusmeier; and her brother Junior Klusmeier. She is survived by: her mother Ginger Rainbolt Klusmeier of Johnson; her husband James Shade; her children, Denay Stephens (Aaron) of Johnsonville, IL, Forrest Tate (Alicia) of Evansville, MiKayla Tate (Jesse Virgilio) of Vincennes and Drayven Tate of Vincennes; her siblings, Dawn Schmitt (Donnie) of Owensville, Angie Busing (Mike) of Evansville, Chad Klusmeier (Krista) of Owensville and Steve Klusmeier (Jennifer) of Owensville; and her mother-in-law Rosalind Shade of Vincennes. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
