He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Maurice Koonce Sr. and Epsia Lou Gooch Billman. He is survived by: his children, Belinda Maag of California, Ashley Koonce Stone of Vincennes, IN and Johnny Koonce of California; and his siblings, Priscilla Alexander of Henderson, KY, Judy Ann Williams of Providence, KY, Marsha Powell of Henderson, KY and Tony Koonce of Sebree, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
