She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Koontz; her sons, Robert (Kim) and Patrick (Hillery); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Isaac, Morgan (Jacob) and Claire; her great grandchild Hayden; and her brothers, Jack (Cindy), Rick (Pam) and Jim (Cathy). She is also survived by her husband, her family.
