She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlotte Theriac and Bud Theriac; and her nephew Ian Theriac. She is survived by : her siblings, Jane Theriac-Kruger of Ashland, OR, Tim Theriac Dixon (Gene) of Walla Walla, WA, John Theriac (Melanie) of Vincennes, IN, Carol Schickedanz (Frank) of Fort Worth, TX, Nick Theriac (Londa) of Vincennes, IN and Sandy Theriac-Mueting (Jim Mueting) of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice or Knox County Humane Society.
