She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Ballard and Mary Kathryn Coleman Ballard; and her siblings, Robert Ballard and Carolyn Dotson. She is survived by: her children, Stacy Meeks (Tina) of Vincennes, Angela Meeks (Brent Bowlin) of Vincennes and Jeff Meeks (Angie) of Pendelton, IN.; her grandchildren, Holly Merideth, Bradley Cole Bolenbaugh, Dylan Bolenbaugh, Tyler Bolenbaugh, Nickolas Meeks, Dustin Meeks and Adrienne Meeks; and her great grandchildren, Jazmyne Shelton, Makenna McCarter, Jared Litke, Tytan Litke, Broderick Bolenbaugh, Ashton Bolenbaugh, Harper Bolenbaugh, Layla Hollingsworth, Watson Meeks and Lorelai Meeks.
Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Pet Port or to an animal rescue organization.
