It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Parmenter of Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on September 1, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Patsy Ann has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Campbell and Edith O. Campbell (Klein). She is survived by: her husband Matthew Parmenter of Vincennes; her daughter Ivy Badini (Brian) of Mount Dora, FL; her sisters, Nancy Woolsey (Steve) of Jasper, IN and Trudy Holbrook (Jon) of Greenwood, IN; and her granddaughter Fallon Badini.
In lieu of flowers the Parmenter family has requested donations be made in Patsy's name to the Hospice Support Foundation, 1175 Centere Pointe Circle, Mendota Heights, MN 55120, http://www.hospicesupportfoundation.org or the Alzheimer's Association.
