She is survived by: her sons, Jason Clements of Washington and Tony Clements (Deborah) of Vincennes; her stepsons, Bradley Smith of Lakeland and Douglas Smith of St. Petersburg, Florida; her foster sons, Zack Willis (Alisha) of Petersburg, Daniel Ragon of Colorado, Robert Nodine (Stacie) of Floyd Knobs and Ronnie Eads; and her siblings, Rita Matheny (David) of O'Fallon, Illinois, Roger Cox of Washington and Ronnie Cox of Kokomo. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
