It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Jo Horrall of Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Penny Jo Horrall to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Blubaum; and her son Justin Moon. She is survived by: her mother Martha Polly Blubaum (Elkins) of Vincennes; her husband Terry Horrall of Vincennes; her children, Joe Moon (Candra) of Vincennes, Chris Moon (Chad) of Vincennes and Gabe Horrall of Vincennes; her siblings, Mike Blubaum (Carmen), Cindy Jones (Mick), Danny Blubaum (Cindy), Kyle Blubaum (Janice), Charlene Colegrove (Tut) and Paula Winemiller (J. B.); and her grandchildren, Jesslyn Moon, Arie Moon, Maxwell Moon, Layla Moon, Haven Jackson, Hope Jackson and Aubree McCallister. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home (524 Broadway St, Vincennes, IN 47591). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (707 N 8th St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
The Horrall family has requested contributions be made in Penny's name to St. John Lutheran Church or the Knox County Humane Society.
