He was predeceased by: his son James L. Studler; his parents, Herbert W. Studler and Martha I. Glass Studler; and his brothers, Fritz Studler, James Studler and Herbert Studler.
He is survived by: his children, Philip Studler Jr. (Mary Lou) of Dayton, Linda Reynolds of Vincennes and Stephen Studler (Michelle) of Indianapolis, IN.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
