She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Halter and Helen J. O'Dell Halter; her former husband Aurelio Correa; her son Rafa Correa; and her siblings, Vernon Halter, Kenneth Halter and Helen Paulette Halter.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Correa of Plainfield, IL and Ricardo Correa (Liliana) of Boynton Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Victor Otero, Sofia Otero and Daniel Otero; her great grandchild Rafael Otero; her siblings, Anita K. Paladino of Jamestown, NY, Susan Orr (Joe) of Vincennes, Elaine Carie (Rick) of Vincennes, Richard Halter (Cindy) of Washington, IN and Kevin Halter of Vincennes, IN; and her close friends, Erma Barmes, Shyla Ford and Rick Holscher. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas Catholic Church (6268 S St Thomas Rd, Vincennes, IN 47591). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
