He was predeceased by: his parent Clair Young. He is survived by: his father Walter Young; his wife Glenda Bartley Young; his children, Judy Cox (Kenny) and David Young (Karlene); his grandchildren, Brittany Raley (Doug), Michael Ridge, Cydnee Witsman, Emily Witsman, Kenzie Cox and Whitney Cox; his great grandchildren, Mariah Ridge, Miley Ridge, Mia Ridge, Braxton Ridge, Eastyn Ridge and Emilia Hislip; his sister Phyllis Patton; his brother-in-law Rex Bartley (Margie); his siblings, Larry Young, Judy Quarterman, Karen Cox and Rhonda Smith; and his brother-in-law William Bartley. He is also survived by 9 step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family will welcome donations for assistance in covering Rex's final expenses.
