He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda C. Biggs; his parents, Emmett Biggs and Helen Biggs (Keller); his brothers, Robert, Ralph and Norman Biggs; and his sisters-in-law, Marie, Doris and Jean Biggs.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Biggs (Fredrick); his son Chad Nisbeth (Chastity); his stepchildren, Matthew Fredrick (Jennifer) and Danielle Linneweber (Scott); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Kaylee Nisbeth, Colin, Brynn, Rylann Fredrick, Meredith Wheeler, AubreyAnna Steiner, Elliott Linneweber, Bryant, Olivia, Sierra and James Cockrum; and his siblings, Don Biggs, Jerry Biggs and Rita Lavely (Biggs).
Memorial donations may be made to the Posey County 4-H Council (Purdue Extension) or Knights of Columbus.
