He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda C. Biggs; his parents, Emmett Biggs and Helen Biggs (Keller); his brothers, Robert, Ralph and Norman Biggs; and his sisters-in-law, Marie, Doris and Jean Biggs.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Biggs (Fredrick); his son Chad Nisbeth (Chastity); his stepchildren, Matthew Fredrick (Jennifer) and Danielle Linnwebber (Scott); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Kaylee Nisbeth, Colin, Brynn, Rylann Fredrick, Meredith Wheeler, AubreyAnna Steiner, Elliott Linnwebber, Bryant, Olivia, Sierra and James Cockrum; and his siblings, Don Biggs, Jerry Biggs and Rita Lavely (Biggs).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fredrick and Son McClure-Utt Funeral Homes (313 Church St, Vincennes, IN 47591). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Vincent Catholic Church (1837 S Hart Street Rd, Vincennes, IN 47591). A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the St. Vincent Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Posey County 4-H Council (Purdue Extension) or Knights of Columbus.
