She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fleck and Fern Fleck (Cazel); her husband Joe Hartzburg; her son Brett DeWayne Hartzburg; and her brother Robert Fleck.

She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hartzburg (Lisa) of New Palestine, IN. and Karla Smith (Tim) of Vincennes; her grandchildren, Matt Hartzburg, Shelby McCormick (David) and Alex Smith; and her great grandchild William James McCormick. She is also survived by her family, her grandchildren and her great grandson.

The Hartzburg family has requested memorial contributions be made to Good Samaritan Hospice or the Mayo Clinic.
