He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Osborn and Mildred Osborn; his former wife Teresa Osborn; his son Shaun Osborn; his sister Mary Perkins (John); and his brother-in-law Earl Halter.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Osborn; his children, Michelle Burcham (Chris) and Jan Bailey; his granddaughters, Olivia and Isabel Burcham; and his sisters, Roberta Wickman (Chuck) and Linda Halter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (1398 St Johns Rd, Washington, IN 47501).
