He is survived by : his wife Susan; his son Dan Sloan (Lea Kelley) of Westfield, IN; his stepchildren, Paul Hendrixson (Andrea) of Cummings, GA, Matt Hendrixson (Shea) of Decker, IN, Jamie Hendrixson (Russell Adams) of Knoxville, TN and Amy Sloan of Bruceville; his grandchildren, Dalton Sloan (Ashley) of Oaktown, IN, Will Sloan of Bruceville, IN and Audra Graber (Tyler) of Vincennes; his great grandchildren, Berkley Sloan, Brealynn Hatfield and Brooks Graber; his stepgrandchildren, Sam Hendrixson of Cumming, GA, Cy Hendrixson of Decker, IN, Grace Hendrixson of Auburn, AL and Haley Jester (Sam) of Dawsonville, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Waldrop of Murfreesboro, TN, Jim Mize (Diane) of Jacksonville, FL and Judy Holzer (Bill) of Indianapolis, IN..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Roy M. Sloan Memorial Fund at Knox County Community Foundation to benefit the Isaiah 1:17 House in Knox County.
