She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Dale" Keener and Olive "Kathleen" Keener; her husband Fred Bloebaum Jr.; her siblings, Doris Mowrey, Jack, John, Ray and Bill Keener; her sons, William Dale, Freddie Jr. and Charleston Lee; and her great grandchild Maurice Mosley.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Johnson (Rodd) of Jacksonville, FL, Kathryn Nelson (Hillier) of Vincennes, IN and Charles Bloebaum (Jennifer); her brother Bud Keener (Donna) of St. Augustine, FL; her brother-in-law David Mowrey of Fairmont, WV.; and her grandchildren, Raymond Canfield (Dawn) of Vincennes, IN, Jeanette Gwynn (Tony) of Jacksonville, FL, James O'Heir (Amanda) of Sacramento, CA, Sean O'Heir of Jacksonville, FL, Becky Hillier-Hallett of Oklahoma, Nikki, Jamie Bloebaum of Vincennes, IN, Freddie Bloebaum Jr. II, Jennifer R. Bloebaum and Sarah J Bloebaum.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (919 Willow St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
