She is survived by: her brothers, Butch and Bill Minyard; her children, Jim Mardis Jr. (Julie), Michele Anzel (Dave) and Annie Kubiak (Andy); her nephew Micheal Mardis (Natalie); her grandchildren, Christian, Walker, Cameron (Brooke), Gerik, Lauren, Kelsey, Zach, Sam and Luke; and her great grandchild Callie Jane.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
