He was predeceased by: his parents, James Flynn and Virginia "Robinette" Hazel; and his stepfather Thomas Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Pam Hazel; his stepchildren, Tiffanie Bailey (Chris) and Mandie McDonald (Michael); his grandchildren, Blake Mincey, Alexis Bailey, Jaxson Bailey, Brayvin, Kenna BeDell, Braylee Chanley, Logan, Addy Chanley and Easton "Jimmy Johnson" Chanley; and his great grandchildren, Arlo Dail and Greyson Dail. He is also survived by one great-grandchild on the way; and his sister and three brothers.
