She was predeceased by: her parents, Chung Fu Huang and Mei Jen Wu; and her brother Jhong Ruei Huang. She is survived by: her husband Jim Calcutt of Vincennes; her children, Kimberly McQueen (Joshua) of Moore, OK and Jason Calcutt (Tasha) of St. Rosa Beach, FL; and her brothers, Cheng Ruei Huang and Gong Ruei Huang.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
