She is survived by: her mother Kathy Mills (Davis) of Russiaville, Indiana; her husband Freddie Czerwin of Wabash, Indiana; her daughters, Renesmae Czerwin of Wabash, Indiana and Nova Fields of Wabash, Indiana; her siblings, Matthew Lehman of Roann, Indiana, Clarissa Lehman of Wabash and Samantha Lehman of Indianapolis, Indiana; her father-in-law Fredrick Sr. Czerwin (Paulette) of Wabash, Indiana; and her close friends, Sara Gatchel of Wabash, Indiana. and Derrick Czerwin of Wabash, Indiana..
