He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann McBrayer of Wabash, Indiana; his children, Jennifer Madden (Phillip) of Olive Hill, Stephen McBrayer of Olive Hill, Byron McBrayer of Morehead, Bret Nealis (Ellen) of Cincinnati, Kent Nealis of Michigan, Erron Nealis (LeighAnn) of Wabash, Indiana, Darci Boggs (Trent) of Wabash, Indiana and David Brown (Tonya) of Wabash, Indiana; and his brother John McBrayer (Linda) of Morehead, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service (1241 Manchester Ave, Wabash, IN 46992).
