He is survived by: his close friend Mikki Bishop of Wabash, Indiana; and his stepchildren, Nick Stefanatos (Kayla) of Wabash, Indiana, Tiffany Shenefield (Max) of Wabash, Drew Siddall (Mason) of Roann, Megan Bishop of Wabash and Amanda Shively (Nathan) of Bunker Hill, Indiana. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
