He is survived by: his children, Melanie Penn (Phil) and Scott Givens (Beth); his stepson Rick Holmes (Paula); his grandchildren, Rebecca Penn (Jayson Mills), Steven Penn, Cami Elsasser (Eric), Ryan Givens (Cherish) and Victoria Fadil (Nathanael); his stepgrandchildren, Graydon, Hannah and Cody Holmes; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Scarlett, Michael Elsasser, William Givens and Elias Fadil; his brother Mark Givens (Linda); and his sister-in-law Gayle Givens.
