We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2025, at the age of 73, James E. Powell of Wabash, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Powell and Evelyn Powell (Wall); his sister Barbara Carroll; and his half-brother Robert Hogue. He is survived by: his wife Debra Powell of Wabash; his daughter Tessie Jarrard (Steven) of New Windsor; his granddaughters, Lohla of New Windsor and Marlee Jarrard of New Windsor; and his siblings, Suzanne Judy of Wabash and Richard Powell of Wabash.
