She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Ulshafer and Mary Ulshafer; her stepson Cody Drake; and her siblings, Richard Ulshafer, Estella Bain and Leah Ulshafer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Rose (Dallas) of Fort Wayne and Valerie Drake-Goodnick of Glendale, Arizona; and her granddaughters, Isabella Rose of Fort Wayne and Gabrielle Rose of Fort Wayne.
