He is survived by: his parents, Larry Clark and Christine Clark (Ayala); his wife Rachel Clark; his children, Liam, Ella and Evelyn Clark; his brother Heath Clark (Tina); his parents-in-law, Barry, Christa Stroup and Lisa Caley; and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Mast (Rhett) and Matt Jasen (Constance) of Wabash, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
