He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry E. Cooper and Kay Marie Cooper (McNeeley). He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Cooper (Mary) of Peru, Robert "Scott" Cooper (Rhonda) of Claypool and April Dawn O'Neal (Harley "Dave") of Liberty Center, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
