She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Williams and Helen Williams (Eltzroth); her son Richard Kent Kramer; her great grandchild Edie Wagoner; and her sisters, Sheila Williams and Mary Ann Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Kramer (Mary) of Wabash, Jenny Hoover of Newburgh, Jody McCoart (Rollin) of Wabash and Jon Kramer (Susan) of Huntington; and her grandchildren, Chad McCoart of Wabash, Andrea Kaufman (Brad) of Wabash, Megan Pappas (Chris) of Huntington, Katherine Wagoner (Ryan) of Erie, Doug Kramer of Muncie, Christopher Kramer (Allie) of Fort Wayne, Matthew Kramer (Kristi Thomas) of Huntington, Alexandra Roche (Frank) of Oahu and Dane Hoover of Newburgh. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service (1241 Manchester Ave, Wabash, IN 46992). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
