She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Charles "Jack" Weasel and Autha Weasel (Downen); her spouse Lowes "Louie" Browning; her children, Jerry Deane and Gayla Joan Browning; and her siblings, Hobert Weasel, Ruby Carlton, Valeda Clevenger and Neva Embree.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Browning of Carmi; her granddaughter Michele Windle (Kenny); her great grandchildren, Stone and Jackson Windle; and her brother Kenneth Weasel (Louise). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cherry St. General Baptist Church (210 3rd St, Carmi, IL 62821).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cherry St. Food Pantry or St. Jude Children's Research, and will be accepted at Campbell Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
