He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Phillips Turner (Robert Haupert Jr.) of Wabash; his grandchildren, Adam Phillips (Krystal) of Pierceton, Chasity Milliner (Tim) of Somerset and Cody Turner (Rachael) of Fort Wayne; his great grandchildren, Caidence Milliner, Ava Milliner, Raiden Turner and Rowan Turner; his siblings, Paul Phillips (Arretia) of Winchester, Carol King of Winchester, Roger Phillips (Kathy) of Winchester and Larry Phillips (Joyce) of Winchester; Sharon Kennon of Clay City, Kentucky..
