He is survived by: his mother Deloise Hurst (Pelphrey) of Roann, Indiana; his sister Tammy Douglass (Chuck) of LaFontaine, Indiana; his sibling's children, Caleb Hurst of Bluffton, Zoey Larson of North Manchester, Brenden Simmons of LaFontaine and Zachary Simmons of LaFontaine; and his great-nephews, Jamie Atlas Hurst of Huntington, Indiana. and Lance Atticus Hurst of Huntington, Indiana..
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service (1241 Manchester Ave, Wabash, IN 46992). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
