She is survived by: her husband DeWayne Lewis of Wabash; her children, Jeff Lewis (Susan) of Phoenix, Bryan Lewis (Kathy) of Marion, Greg Lewis (Emma) of Wabash and Angie Hall (Robert) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kyle Lewis (Jamie), Brandon Coleman-Lewis (Garret), Jaclyn Holley (Justin), Kaitlin McDonald (West) and Montana Hall (Cortney Morris); and her great grandchildren, Addison, Callie Holley, Jesiah Satterfield, Khaleesi McDonald, Liliana Hall, Adam, Christopher, Peyton, Jason, Owen and Gavin Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
