She is survived by: her children, Michael Falatach (Sally) of Bay Village, Dennis Falatach (Shirley) of Marysville, Ohio and Sally Sparks (Hilton) of Wabash, Indiana; her daughter-in-law Eileen Falatach; and her grandchildren, Erin Cullison (Brian), Elise Morris (Dylan), Mitchell Falatach (Danielle), Rebecca Abrahamson (Dylan), Elizabeth Falatach, Scott Falatach (Taylor), Katie Neilson (Gordon), Taylor Sparks, Daniel Sparks and Devin Sparks.
