He was predeceased by: Tiffany Frank. He is survived by: his family, Abby, Isaac, Asher, Kim Rhoads Jacobs (Ray), Renee Frank, Amie Murphy (Brian), Stacie Parrett, Brad Frank (Kayla), Kevin Jacobs, John Boardman and Glenn Brown; Randall Rhoads, Rod Frank, Marilyn Boardman and Marlyn Brown.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Heartland Church (14900 126th St, Fishers, IN 46037). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Falls Cemetery (725 Falls Ave, Wabash, IN 46992).
