He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Plunkett and Blanche Plunkett (Rife); his spouse Towanna Jean Cassity; and his half-siblings, Donald Plunkett and Carol Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Plunkett (Tim Kneller) of Wabash and Lynne Keffaber (Tim) of Wabash; and his half-sister Shirley O'Bradley (Charles) of Kentucky.
