He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. and Mary E. White (Simpson); his son Art White; and his sister Barbara Grimm. He is survived by: his significant other Lori VerMaas of Wabash, Indiana; his son Robert Votaw (Denise) of Wabash, Indiana; and his siblings, Jimmy White of South Bend, Indiana and Linda Kuhlman (Steve) of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
