As Shelly departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Shelly. Though Shelly may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Barrus and Kim Barrus (Winer). She is survived by: her husband Jeff Knee of Wabash; her children, Jaimie Knee (Ryan Sexton) of Indianapolis, Lindsay Knee of Wabash and Matthew Knee of Wabash; her siblings, Carrie Vogel (Tim) of Wabash, Jennifer Denney (J. P.) of Wabash and Joel Barrus (Meghan) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her mother-in-law Beverly Knee; and her pet Sadie.
