He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Bosse and Mabel Bosse (Bohlke); and his sister Carolyn Scheele. He is survived by: his children, Kristi Hunter (Bob) of Indianola, Karyl Kirk (Jim) of Wabash and Kyle Bosse (Jennifer) of Brownsburg, Indiana; his grandchildren, Sarah Hunter, Becca Hunter, Hannah Bender (Drew), Abby Driskill (Nick), Noah Kirk (Kristin), Jacob Bosse, Jordan Bosse and Allison Bosse; and his brother Dale Bosse of Batesville. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, with a set of twin great grandchildren.

Preferred memorial is American Cancer Society.
