He is survived by: his wife Karen Horein (Weber); his children, Tonya Kavas (Kevin) and Andy Horein (Erin); his grandchildren, Nicholas Moore, Christopher Moore, Chad Kavas (Estephanie), Drew Kavas, Ashlyn Horein, Cassidy Horein, Brynn Hebblethwaite and Titus Horein; and his sisters-in-law, Julie Horein, Billie Horein and Brenda Horein.
