He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin and Dorothea Foster (Smith); his children, Scott Foster and Theresa Foster; his brothers, Robert, William, James and Richard Foster; and his sibling-in-law Mojo.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Adams of Ft. Morgan, CO, Steven Foster of Plymouth and Angie Cleveland (Mike) of Wakarusa, IN; and his brother Jerry Foster (Jackie) of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
