LaVern D. Anglemyer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of LaVern D. Anglemyer of Wakarusa, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer H. Anglemyer and Pauline Anglemyer (Harter); his stepmother Sophie Anglemyer; and his great grandchild Elisha Anglemyer. He is survived by: his wife Norma Anglemyer of Wakarusa; his children, Dean Anglemyer (Elizabeth) of Nappanee, IN, Rick Anglemyer (Julie) of Elkhart, IN, Dave Anglemyer (Gail) of Osceola, IN, Jim Anglemyer (Dawn) of Goshen, IN and Sherry Holmes (Denny) of Elkhart; his brothers, Don Anglemyer of Jackson, MI, Elmer Anglemyer Jr. of Wakarusa and Dewayne Anglemyer of Bellevue, MI; and his stepsisters, Trula Jenkins (Don) of Bellevue, MI and Bea Jordan of Battle Creek, MI.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thompson Lengacher and Yoder Funeral Home (501 North Elkhart Street, Wakarusa, IN 46573). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
