She was predeceased by: her daughter Peggy Miller; her children-in-law, Roland "Bud" Miller and Molly Truex; and her siblings, Art, Lawrence, John, Betty and Joan.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Truex of Wakarusa; her children, Terry Truex (Dianna) of Syracuse and Diane Bickel (Max) of Nappanee; her grandchildren, Kevin Truex (Donna) of Syracuse, Anthony Truex (Adora) of Syracuse, Mark Bickel (Sherry) of Goshen, Carla Klotz (Mike) of Nappanee, Jennifer Cunningham (CJ) of Wakarusa and Chad Miller of Wakarusa; and her brother David Loucks (Connie) of Wakarusa. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Thompson Lengacher and Yoder Funeral Home (501 North Elkhart Street, Wakarusa, IN 46573). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
