He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schutz and Carol Miller (Schutz). He is survived by: his wife Jody Schutz; his children, Jason Schutz (Amanda) and Holly Titus (Skyler); and his grandchildren, Kade, Quinley Bontrager, Theodore, Harrison English, Jack and Josie Titus.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home (501 North Elkhart Street, Wakarusa, IN 46573). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Mike's name can be given to the Wakarusa United Methodist Church (https://www.wakarusaumc.org) or Wakarusa American Legion Post 307.
