With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edith Aileen Bettner of Waldron, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Corydon and Flora Crosby (Medsker); her husband Howard Earl "Red" Bettner; her daughter Sherry Benson; her children-in-law, Rev. Michael Saddler and Kathy Bettner; her sister Norma Chandler; and her grandson Travis Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Bettner (Linda) of Bloomington, Nelson Bettner (Donna) of Boggstown, Shirley Saddler of Van Buren and Max Bettner (Renita) of Columbus; and her son-in-law Jay Benson of Waldron. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
