She is survived by: her children, Lewis E. Smith, Jr. (Yolanda) of Shelbyville, Bonnie Thopy (Tony) of Shelbyville, Bruce Smith (Julia) of Summitville, John David Smith (Tracy) of Waldron and Michael Allen Smith of Waldron; her grandchildren, John David Smith, II of Waldron, Ethan Thopy of Franklin, Alexina Smith of Key West, FL., Lilly Smith of Summitville and Kamilah Martin of Columbus; and her siblings, Gerald Rutan of Spraytown, Bill Rutan of Florida, Johnny Rutan of Elizabethtown, Mark Rutan of Columbus and Betty Shepherd of Columbus. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
