It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Hostrawser (Walkerton, Indiana), who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Harvey and Elizabeth Harvey (Smith); and her sister Pat Gumns. She is survived by: her husband John Hostrawser; her sons, William Hostrawser (Deana Fugate), Peter Hostrawser (Suzi) and Brent Hostrawser (Vanessa); and her grandchildren, Henry, Audrey, Randy and Brent Jr..
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Walkerton Community Church (1001 Georgia St, Walkerton, IN 46574).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Walkerton Community Church or the Marshall County Humane Society—two causes close to Betty's heart.
