He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Millice and Marsha Millice (McKinsey); and his siblings, Judith Cardamone and Mark Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Rene Millice (Lauzon); his children, Jack Moerman, Keith McMahan (Aweshare), Mellisa Matsen and Jodi Anderson; his grandchildren, Hannah, Heidee, Maycee, Jackson Moerman, Thadius (Brookelynn), Julian, Camdyn McMahan, Tristan Anderson and Trinity Nickle (Austin); his great grandchildren, Makenleigh McMahan and Carter Nickle; and his brother Charles Millice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Koontz Lake Lions Club or the Koontz Lake Missionary Church.
