She is survived by: her sons, Joseph O'Brien of Meadville, PA and Mark O'Brien (Patti) of Walkerton, IN; her grandchildren, Kim Scalise (Ron) of Port St, Nicole Simon (Luke) of Chattanooga, TN, Kelli Salyer (Josh) of Plymouth, IN and Kaysi O'Brien (Kels) of Bluffton, SC; her great grandchildren, Jacob Scalise, Jonathan Scalise, Colt Simon, Cash Simon, Ellie Simon, Evangeline Simon, Franki Salyer and Murphi Salyer; and her niece Tamara Stockman of Niles, MI..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
