Madlem; his siblings, Darla Vaughn-Thyng (Michael), Abby Mullins (Brent), Judith Ann Morrell, Dean Vaughn and Sandy Keith Shelton (Cindy); his siblings-in-law, Ruth Ann Curtis (Brian) and Kenneth Cleveland (Lucy); his nieces and nephews, Brooke Jones, Athena Christopher, Karah Mullins, Kate Mullins, Kelly Cathcart, Luxley Mosley, Peyton Barton, Josie Mosley, Isabella Ortiz, Arianna Ortiz, Markia Pinkney, Marcella Pinkney, Richard Holland II, Ben Vaughn, Deven Vaughn, Mackenzie Shelton, Sebastian Slavinskos, Sage Slavinskos, Simon Slavinskos, Jordan Winkleman, Abel Snodgrass, Demarkus Pinkney and Carlos Ortiz; and his aunt Fairy Crumley.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
